Sunshine Coast Golf and Country Club
Breathtaking beauty and quality of play.
Opened in 1969 and is the oldest 18-hole course on the Sunshine Coast. With breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains and forest, golfers of all skill levels find lots to enjoy and to challenge them on this well designed golf course. The front nine meanders through the more dense forest demanding more accuracy off the tee. As you make your way onto the back nine the course opens up with wider fairways that allow for more flexibility off the tee. But don’t sleep on the back nine as it has its challenges as well. The 18th hole caps off your day with a sharp dog leg right par 4 that goes straight up to the green and clubhouse making your final approach one of the most interesting and challenging shots of the day. If you can navigate the challenges of the first 17 greens the final green with its pronounced tiers makes your final putts one to be reckon with. But whether you birdie or bogey the final hole you will have no doubt enjoyed your round here in natures playground at the Sunshine Coast Golf Club.
